Place is run by a bunch of smart mouth kids.

Have had excellent experiences with delivery. Had only one time (out of probably the better of over 100 deliveries) where there was a mix up in the order and the manager/owner personally got involved and did the right thing. Great option for delivery, especially if you live on HH. Thank you!!

BEWARE..... this place is no longer good. Pizza sauce has changed and not for the better. Buffet is only cheese pizzas and the salad bar in never stocked. Save your money go somewhere else

I'm a big fan of Imo's, but this is definitely their absolute worst location. Avoid at all costs.

This place is terrible. Used to be good. What a disgrace to the Imos name everything is bad from the food to the service to the buffet.

Ordered a normal sized order and it took well over two hours to finally get our food. Terrible service. No attempt by management to make things right. Definitely will not order again

Terrible service lunch buffet is not good, not stocked, and only cheese pizzas. Not to mention the place is dirty and the staff is as well

Had the buffet on Saturday the pizza was better than the pizza we had a few weeks prior. The staff didn't clear our plates off the table, over all a good experience.

Called ahead for a delivery order that I called hours earlier to inquire about but was told they were cutting off deliveries as they were behind and didn't want to stress out their drivers. The young woman was abrupt curt and in short rude. Very disappointed as Imos is our favorite pizza place.

BEWARE! This place is awful now. When you see the new ownership sign don’t let it fool you. The store used to be run by an owner and is now run by a bunch of kids that don’t care about the product or customer! We will not go back. The buffet is not good anymore with only cheese and Peperoni pizzas. They will not take requests anymore

When we went there we did not like this pizza. The sauce and cheese tasted very different. I’m not sure if it was a bad night, but frozen pizza would have been better than this. We carried it out and it was ready in a timely manner. I probably wouldn’t go back.

Opens at noon and closes at 7pm. This place is a complete mess. What pizza place has these hours really?

Quotes me 45 minutes and took almost an hour and half for our delivery. Salad was not fresh and pizza was cold. Called back and the manager gave an attitude. As a long time loyal Imos fan I have never had service like this from my location near my home in St. Peter’s. This location needs help

Very disappointing. Im done paying for the buffet when basically all they keep putting out is cheese pizzas. The ones that are supposed to be something else have maybe a few pieces of meat on the entire pizza. Used to they would put out a variety of pizzas including the deluxe ones. If I wanted to just have cheese pizza I would get one from the store and put it in the oven.

Place must of been on the fritz the day we came in we were the first ones there for the buffet and we waited 35 minutes just to get one pizza for the now 8 people in the restaurant. Pizza was great though!

Great St Louis style pizza! I got the veggie and added sausage. So good!! The provolone cheese was a little different, but not bad. Very friendly staff and great experience all around.

This is a great place to eat and they have a friendly staff to help you with your orders

We waited 2 hours to get a pizza that came cold and a salad that was never delivered. The delivery driver conveniently "forgot" the receipt. When they were called they told us we never ordered the salad despite reading the correct order back. I will recommend to everyone considering ordering from here to spend their money elsewhere.

Although we are not spoiled as we were with previous ownership... the buffet from 11-2 is still a good deal. $10 per person for good pizza (1 topping pizzas nothing extra), t ravs and soda! I’ll come back...

Excellent pizza, toasted ravioli and salad bar! The lunch buffet had a great selection and even though we were there at 1:30, the staff made sure we had fresh pizza and great service.

The service was outstanding. All you can drink soda and tea service. My family loved the toasted ravioli. Young children and college students love this pizza. As an adult female the pizza to me was just average.

Ordered a pizza for delivery Saturday night at 9pm. Received confirmation and delivery never came. Called a few times with no answer. Now it’s 11pm and sure wish I had a pizza.

What happened? This place used to be good. Took hours for our delivery and it was wrong. When we called back no answer. Won’t be back

Under new management and it shows! Brought my family in and everything was fresh and hot. The service couldn’t have been better. The bus boy was eager to get the dirty plates off the table and the waitress was very personable and good with kids. We will be back for that delicious thin, St Louis style pizza!

We had lunch there today. Sandwiches and salad was excellent. Highly recommend their roast beef sandwich.

One of our favorite pizza places in Missouri.

Went there on a Sunday about noon, in March. Only 2 pizza's to choose from, a sausage pizza and a bacon pizza. Pasta dish was over cooked, toasted raviolis were hard like they've been sitting since yesterday . Would rather drive to Cicis in Columbia for more pizza selection and freshness and half the price.

12:30 on Sat. for buffet. part of a old pizza in warmer. No pasta, no donut holes, no ranch or house dressing. Only 6 people in the place. It was a disaster for everyone there. I won't be going back for a while even though I have eaten there off and on for 20 years, this is the worst by far it has been.

This place is a total disaster. What has happened. Just tried to order on a Saturday night at 6pm and was told 2-3 hours on delivery because only have 1 driver. Someone needs to look into this place because it is going down hill fast.

I have never left a google review before. I had to leave a review because the service and food quality is terrible. Took them FOREVER to deliver my food which was slop and the manager was not friendly at all. Very rude. I will take my business elsewhere

I love Imo's, I love that they have buffet, some days service is not so great, some days the food is a little colder than I'd like. We eat here about 4-5 times a month. Constructive criticism goes a long way when taken into consideration and actively worked on to improve.

Very slow service. Over priced pizza buffet with lackluster selection

We ordered a pizza that was over 2 hours late. We called and called and they told us they didn’t know where it was. We had to cancel the order and they didn’t even give it to us for free. Worst place to eat DO NOT EAT HERE

The whole product has changed and not for the good. The pizza sauce used to be good and fresh now tastes bland. Save your money and go to McDonald’s. It’s better

Great cheese. Provel cheese is so much better then mozzarella. Only thin crust pizza I will ever eat and the thick crust is great too.

This place has completely fallen apart. Management is not very friendly and the last delivery I got it took 1.5 hours to receive my cold food. Imos should really take the time to care about and fix these issues with this location

So glad to have a taste of St. Louis at the lake. Pizzas were great and full of toppings. Lunch buffet is a great value. Will definitely spend a lot of time there this summer.

I’ve seen reviews on this place, and I’m not really a review person, but this was the worst place I’ve had the misfortune of ordering from. I know people work hard and a negative review sometimes sounds kind of whiny, but the reviews are right. The pizza was terrible. The girl they had on the phones was overwhelmed, probably from people who have never ordered before, the order was a 1/2 hour late (an hour and a half total and we picked up) and the pizza was nasty and doughy and expensive... on a Wednesday night... We got the Deluxe and the Hawaiian. One of those was a normal pizza they have on their menu they sell to the unassuming public... Maybe they were busy, maybe not. But when the order process and wait time is terrible, at least cover it up with great pizza... bottom line, not good pizza... stay away...
